Taylor is a RYT 200 instructor living in Arvada, Colorado. She teaches a vinyasa style practice that focuses on connectivity between the body and breath. Taylor believes in the physical strength and resilience of the human body and looks to compliment that in her yoga practice. Her goal is to provide lighthearted classes that serve the needs of her students and leave them feeling strong and connected. If she isn’t teaching yoga, you can find her climbing, snowboarding, or hiking.
