No matter your age, body type or experience, Meg creates a positive space where all students can feel supported and at ease in their practice.  She believes that yoga is not about getting into the textbook expression of each pose, but making the pose work for every body so that everyone can experience the benefits of yoga. Megan has her 200-hour training in Vinyasa yoga, and uses this practice to help her cope with the mental and physical stress that her job as an ICU nurse can sometimes cause. In her free time she enjoys snuggling and walking her dog Bodhi, being out in nature, trying to grow a garden, and cooking tasty food and then of course eating it!
