Alona Henig, originally from Ann Arbor, MI, recently moved to Denver hoping to share and develop her yoga practice with a new community. Growing up, she never thought she’d consider herself a yogi, but after starting her practice in the summer before her junior year of college, she was hooked. Alona loves the way yoga inspires and teaches us to be one with our bodies, and encourages students taking her class to meet themselves where they are in the present moment. Alona teaches Vinyasa yoga and enjoys giving the students time and space to flow. Her classes are fun, challenging, and uplifting, and incorporate various themes while providing an opportunity to move, breathe, and care for oneself. In Alona’s classes, you can expect to challenge your body and be met with kindness and compassion as you do so.
