Abbie has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and it has been a consistent part of her life since the first time she set foot on a mat. Abbie believes that yoga is an intensely personal practice and her teaching focuses on developing a strong foundation in her students. She is RYT-200 certified with the Yoga Alliance and is working towards her RYT-500, specializing in teaching athletes (climbers and runners).
