Hope began her yoga journey in 2017 when she started practicing in her college dorm-room. She quickly noticed the mental health benefits of her practice and felt compelled to share it with others. Hope started teaching in 2018 at her campus recreation center and went through yoga teacher training the following year. At first she used yoga as an escape from a taxing environment, but it soon evolved into a self-care routine and now totally encompasses how she lives her life. Hope deeply believes that Yoga has helped her find the divine light inside of herself and she is so thankful for the opportunity to share it with all of you!
