Sabrey is passionate about health, wellness and doing what she loves. She got into yoga in 2013 and climbing two years later. The fire was set and nothing has been able to put it out since! Sabrey is trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow techniques. When she’s not teaching, you can find her spending her days enjoying nature with her sweet pup Cooper or developing her hidden talents of woodworking and yarn crafting!
