Taryn is a mental health counselor, climber, and yogi born and raised in Seattle, WA. Her practice helps her balance an over-stimulating work environment and cope with past trauma. Taryn welcomes everyone with an open heart. She guides her students toward inner stillness and reconnecting mind and body through intentional breathing, challenging movements, and mental concentration. She will help you use yoga to better understand your own body and naturally recover from life’s stressors.
